Trying to get rid of the little yellow icon in Device Manager...

Base System Device with no driver

PCI\VEN_1180&DEV_0592&SUBSYS_02561028&REV_12
PCI\VEN_1180&DEV_0592&SUBSYS_02561028
PCI\VEN_1180&DEV_0592&CC_088000
PCI\VEN_1180&DEV_0592&CC_0880

Went to Dell where I spent 2 hours only to find out they did not support my OS and told me to go to the software vendor.

Solution
The device in question is the built-in Ricoh Card Reader.

Windows 7 is not officially supported on the Dell Studio 1735 but the 64-bit Vista driver may work:
http://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/04/product-support/product/studio-1735/drivers

Don't forget to "change OS" to Windows Vista 64-bit when the above page opens, then page will change to show only 64-bit drivers.

The Ricoh card reader driver is under the "Chipset" category in the drivers list.
