Question Need Basic Display advice

So I need a basic (Not for gaming)display with some caveats and am having a hard time finding something that fits the bill. Things like refresh rate and other gaming related features are not needed, this is for office and charting use. This is going into an existing setup so most of these are not really optional, price is mostly due to budgeting 350+ for the next gaming monitor. I have been scouring slickdeals for a couple weeks but have found nothing that fits these.

1. 1080p

2. 24 or 27

3. VESA Compatible

4. Black

5. Displayport or HDMI

6. Sub 150.00

I don't know why I did not think of Pcpartpicker for looking for monitors, used it for my last build two weeks ago. Have to make sure this has VESA, if it does this could be exactly what I need, I really appreciate the help.
