You have some tall rams. Mind sharing your full build's specs like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:

Your chassis will also affect your cooler choice. I could suggest going for an AIO...would mean for a cleaner build and also no ram clearance issues.

R1 Ultimate has the full 140x25mm fan in front, same as the original NH-D15, so guaranteed to interfere with anything but value ram, de-heatsinked ram, or single stick.

The R1 Universal uses a slimline 13mm fan in front so avoids ram issues, but looses 3-4°C top-end capability vrs the Ultimate.

NH-D15 is king. Comes in a little quieter and 1°C better than the R1 Ultimate. The NH-D15S and R1 Universal are @ 3°C behind their bigger brothers, leaving the NH-D15S 1° better than the Universal.

Chump change. My old nzxt x61 not only had better performance across the full range of loads I see than my R1 Ultimate, it was also much quieter under stress Prime95 loads, a very noticeable quieter.

CPU Cooler: Noctua - NH-D15S 82.52 CFM CPU Cooler ($79.90 @ Amazon)
CPU Cooler: EVGA - CLC 280 113.5 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler ($112.99 @ Amazon)

The Evga CLC 280 goes head to head with 360mm AIO's and is one of the best AIO's in its class. It's also not horribly expensive for its ability. The CLC 240 comes in at $99 and has better performance than the Corsair H100i Pro.
