What is the model of the board you have now? It should be printed somewhere directly on the motherboard itself.

Looks like that model comes with a basic MSI Pro B660M DDR4 board which is easily replaced. What are you trying to accomplish by replacing the motherboard?

Right, which is why I asked what the actual model is because depending on the model there may or may not realistically be any good options that would fall under the "makes any sense" umbrella if what's in there is already decent enough for the hardware. Unless, like you say, there is something specific that board is lacking that is desired.

Same specs? Why same specs? That would be replacing a mobo with the same one, just a different name.

It can be done if you wish but are you sure?

By same specs I'm sure they mean same chipset, socket, etc. Not "same feature set", but "specs".
