So im planning to use this comp for gaming, video editing, photo editing and web browsing... My budget is 800 but i went a little over :3... I need some input on if there is a part that i should switch out for a different part that is cheaper and better. Also if there is a part that i dont need...

SLI is pairing two video cards to act as one - much faster, and yes on the PSU, it is the Power Supply, you listed a 750, a 550 would more than suffice for your rig and cost less

Not sure what you are asking, it's the same 760, are you asking about getting two of them for SLI?

Yes, youinstall them and connect the tow with a bridge and then through nVidia control panel enable SLI - there's a ton of reviews comparing the single 760 vs 2 in SLI - here's one from Guru3D
