I really want to build a computer for gaming, streaming, and editing. The main purpose is definitely streaming and editing, and for gaming it will only be games like minecraft. I desperately want to start making videos. The only necessity i have is an asus or gigabyte motherboard, water cooling, and windows 7. I don't really have a budget but i was hoping for a price around $1000

Ok, but you can get what you need and then some for less than $1000. Here's a list of parts to get you started:

- case: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811147107

- motherboard: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128659

- CPU: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819113359 (You won't need a GPU because the integrated graphics on this CPU are the most advanced for AMD, and are pretty powerful)

- PSU: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817256065

- RAM: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231460

- As for water cooling, it's a bit more complicated than simply going on newegg and buying it, because the water cooling sets leave out important parts like the blocks, pump, and reservoir.

- Hard Drive: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822148834

- SSD: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820226236

This build will cost your$681 plus what ever the cost of water cooling amounts to for you. You can also get a GPU later on down the line should you need it, but for games like minecraft a kaveri AMD APU will suit you just fine. Hope this helps.
