How to get unlock code for my Pocophone F1.
Went to MetroPCS to activate the phone and an employee asked for a code to unlock it.

If it's unlocked, how are you going to get an unlock code for it? They want it doubly unlocked? Either the phone is actually locked, in which case you need to contact the old carrier or where you got the phone if it was new, or that employee did not know what they were doing.
