I am about to pull the trigger on this build. Just looking for some comments/advice/criticisms on anything I can improve on or if I am good to go.

Everything apart from the ram and storage seems a bit overpriced but I guess that is the times we live in now.

Is the B550M preferred over X570? I thought X570 is better for future proofing.

Unless you are specifically looking for something, B550 should be good enough. Also B550 has newer memory controller, since it wa released later. Here is a reference chart...
If you want good quality X570, you need to go with ATX form factor.

If you want good quality X570, you need to go with ATX form factor.
Also I was under impression anything over 3200 speed ram wont be utilized?
