and lastly of course, will this processor bottleneck my GPU at 1080p? or 1680-1050

I only wanna know if these will be compatible with the GPU or if the CPU will bottleneck the GPU.

Yes, on all three. It will work without any problems.

It's a solid setup for 1080p gaming.

The psu is excellent quality and is strong enough even for a GTX980ti.

Your motherboard/cpu combo is compatible.
But, with skylake now available, I think I would go with a current gen Z170 motherboard and a i5-6400 or even i5-6600K
