I would suggest getting a less expensive motherboard and RAM and use the money you save to get a stronger GPU. You will get much better performance to dollar value with a better GPU than getting crazy fast RAM and an overly expensive motherboard. And seeing as to how you didn't list an aftermarket CPU cooler it doesn't look like you plan on over clocking any ways.

The 7950 is no slouch but I think you will be happier with a 7970 if you can squeeze it in.
