Need confirmation email

I have been waiting for the email that confirms my address but it never arrives, no matter how many requests I issue. It is really annoying having to deal with the flag each time I browse a new page. Here's what I have to put up with:

Wow, nobody has the answer. A person would think the admin would bypass the email confirm or disable that silly, annoying message.
