Solution
You can read the steps in the manual for your board (link for your board http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/P5QLVM_EPU/HelpDesk_Manual/ download of course the english or other language). In the manual you have a section for bios crashfree with steps how to solve it.

1. Turn on the system
2. Insert the USB containing the bios file.
3. Then if I read correctly, the computer itself in post will find that you have bad bios checksum (?) and auto start the bios recovery by first checking for the appropriate either CD or USB.
4. The utility completes itself and you can restart the computer.

To download the latest BIOS file you have to state which OS you are using or if you wish to do it yourself, as I was away now for a hour you can download...
Well as far as I know, depending on the motherboard manufacturer, you can flashback a bios on to the motherboard via a usb. You must check the said manufacturer site to see how to do it, but basically, you have a USB with the appropriate file system with the correct file, put it into the motherboard, which has to be plugged in, of course there is a USB port just for bios flashback so you have to check which one it is. Then final, you have to press the bios flashback button with the correct method for the bios flashback to occur.

Of course you need to read the manual for more detailed steps.

the motherboard is a P5QL-VM EPU ASUS
