Need CS4 Video Card

Building computer 4/with friend. He's CS4 intense.

Building around i7 650.

I have the list of compatible cards from Adobe, but would like some opinions on adequate/perfect/overkill.

He does NO gaming and NO video. Strictly still photo editing.

He's bought a brand new LaCie monitor and I want to help him get the most of his new rig.

Are you going to use the Adobe Pixel Bender Tool Kit? If not then anything modern will do. Photoshop does some acceleration with cards that have SM 3.0 and above. Something like a 4670 or a GT240 would be right for you. Anything more would be overkill. A lesser card like a 9500GT or Radeon 4550 may be better if you're using a lower resolution.
