first of all I'm new to pc gaming and thinking about picking up this pc and upgrading it over tim if its worth the time.
what gpu would be recommended around 200
also a good power supply.
would this pc be able to run dayz at low settings as is?

I highly recommend building your own, save money and get a better machine. The PSU in this build is garbage and it has an unlocked processor on a motherboard which does not allow overclocking.

The CPU is good but the GPU is really weak. You may want to figure out what your budget is and usually people on Toms will put together a good build for the price.
