Bros,i have 1×8 gb gskill 2400mhz ddr4 ram and can I buy vengeance 1×4gb ddr4 2400mhz ram and work both them together in dual channel Mode?

No, they will need to be 2x8 GB and if not bought in a kit, there is a chance they wont work together.

As I just said above..

Mixing RAM, even the same brand and model, there is a chance it will not work together. Likely it will, but there is no guaranties. And again, they will not run in dual channel mode if not the same size.

I think they might run in something called flex mode which basically means partial dual channel, but as said above mixing RAM can result in issues.
