Need dual slot 1 mobo

I need a cheap dual slot 1 mobo to house my two PII 400's.

Requirements:
For the mobo to fit my compaq deskpro ep case.
For the mobo to work with my 145W PSU.
Did I say for it to be cheap?

I have a Tyan Tiger 1832 motherboard. It is dual slot 1. I dont know if it will fit your case or ps though. It worked great while I was using it. I still have all of the manuals and stuff.
