Don't see any reason for Windows 10 Pro, so I would recommend Windows 10 Home. I'd also look at a different power supply.

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU Cooler: Noctua NH-U12S 55.0 CFM CPU Cooler ($59.50 @ OutletPC)
Motherboard: Asus Z170 PRO GAMING ATX LGA1151 Motherboard ($142.98 @ Newegg)
Memory: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-2400 Memory ($79.88 @ OutletPC)

Video Card: MSI GeForce GTX 1080 8GB GAMING X 8G Video Card ($719.88 @ OutletPC)...
There is zero reason to use a 750W power supply with a system that should be about 225-250W when gaming. It is counterproductive because it'll be less efficient, so higher electricity bill, and it'll produce more waste heat. On the other hand, you can get a 550W unit or 450W unit for a cheaper price which is just as good and will be more efficient.

in that case i think i will go with the 650 W. i will be using some lights and other stuff that will also need some power :) 20$ saved

Your list looks nice, only thing I can suggest is maybe down grading to a I5 6600k cpu. I'm upgrading from an AMD cpu soon so I been watching vids and 1 my fav LinusTechTips had a great video last week comparing ALL Intel cpu's, and he explains why a i5 is more then enough for most gaming rigs, and he gives u a few reasons why it might be worth it for the i7. Not saying ur pick is wrong, just a video that offers food for thought, good luck! https://youtu.be/toZ_t88bPBU

That's $100 in savings over your current build.
