hey guys, i just bought a full tower thermaltake chaser mk-i

I plan on doing 2 200mm fans on top as exhaust,
200mm side panel intake
120mm bottom intake
140 rear exhaust
and 2 120mm for front intake

is this a great idea?
noise isnt really an issue for me
but wondering if the exhaust will be taken care of good enough so that i get good air flowing in and out

Solution
Larger fans usually have a lower operating RPM, therefore less dBa for similar(or greater) CFM. This rule should help you select a few large fans/locations, as opposed to multiple smaller fans that raise the noise without added cooling benefit.
i have a corsair carbide 500r case and i have two 140 mm fans on top pulling air through my rad. a 140 exhaust fan. a 140 bottom intake fan and two 120 front intake fans. i took off the side mesh that had a 200 mm fan on it and replaced it with a piece of acrylic. i personally like the look of the acrylic side panel, but i also noticed that i was getting much better temps of my gpu and cpu because of more airflow through my radiator mounted on the inside of the top of the case. so if youre looking for good airflow what youre plan sounds pretty good. it sounds like you have a cooler master case so i dont know of any easy way to get a side panel window, if you want to go the extra step. hopefully this helped you a little bit.

Bottom intake, as in bottom of the case? You better filter that really good, or you're asking for a bunch of dust in there.
I would skip that, and with 2 front intakes I am not so sure the side intake would be of any benefit. Cases are not airtight and you'll get suction drawing in air from all sides/edges with all the exhaust you put on it.
