Need feedback for first build!

Hello everyone

I was wondering if my first gaming build is any good, and if anyone could make any suggestions or recommendations please feel free to do so! Please remember I am a newbie to building computers.

CPU: AMD FX-6300
GPU: NVIDIA GTX 750ti (msi twin frozr)
MOTHERBOARD: GIGABYTE 970A-D3P
RAM: 8GB DDR3
PSU: Corsair CX430 80+ Bronze
OS: Windows 7 Premium 64-bit

My budget is around $650.00 but could be pushed a little further if necessary.

Basically, you could get a much better GPU and CPU, i haven't changed a lot besided that, just the motherboard according to the CPU change.
You are also getting a PSU a little more future-proof due to having more wattage, and if you want, I included the OS (which is kind of a waste of money given the fact Windows 10 will be released this Summer, that is if you would like to have it of course).

2nd edit: Do you need a case? Because you might need to change somethings in the components in order to fit the case in the budget.

Besides the AMD processor and motherboard, I was pretty surprised with what you got there. Nice job!
But still, I feel like Intel would be a much more valuable choice. But with that GPU, just wow!

Pick the second one if you can afford it, otherwise pick the first one. If you still can't afford that one, I guess you could pick the second one and try to find a way to get Windows 7 through other means (do not recommend or encourage).

And just as a reminder, Windows 10 is coming soon, so think carefully about getting a paid OS right now.
