need feedback on new build

My question is it decent for 4k streaming movies and for 4k gaming I mostly play mmorpg's and rpg's in genral I would also like to get my feet wet in overclocking as I have never attempted this before I would be using hdmi 2.0 to a lg 55 inch 4k tv am I overkilling on any parts or maybe for a few more bucks can get something better im not really on a budget im not trying to go all out but something decent

Since there is no real budget, why not go X99, with DDR4 memory and 3-way SLi?

damn I could only imagine that one as I could afford this one on one hand awesome for me but when wife finds out not so awesome for me :) but realistic im trying to stick around a 2500 budget after all my current pc is a amd phenom II x4 840t with gtx 460 6 gigs of ram
this will be a very big upgrade for me! thanks for all the opinions and advice given in advance I would like see feedback and better parts and maybe some budget parts
my check will be arriving Monday yeah which I will start the order process im really nervous as its my first build and with this kind of money I hope nothing goes wrong

How about 3 x GTX 970's ? The GTX 970's performance is 10% less than the GTX 980, but the GTX 980 costs 60% more. Hence, 3 way SLi of GTX 970's is maximum value for money. Here is the same build with 3x GTX 970's:
