Need final confirmation on gaming build compatibility

memory: corsair vengance 8 gb (2 x 4gb) 1600mhz ddr3

hdd: seagate barracuda 1tb 7200 rpm 32mb buffer

burner: asus 24x oem

This is my first build so I'm still a bit noobish when it comes to some things

Looks good to me. Full tower is probably overkill though, mid tower is plenty big enough. what about an SSD?

I agree, 1000w is excessive. 700w or even 750w I'd say. And I also agree to nhasian, an SSD would be an add-on well worth it, but be sure to keep your seagate you have picked out to be a secondary.

it looks nicer with the mobo not to mention Corsair vengeance has tall heatsinks unless your getting their low profile ones
also recommend this because it has a 15% price reduction

Well I was planning on doing sli in the future and also adding an ssd and maybe another harddrive but I'm going over my budget already. Im basically future proofing my system

If you're already going over your budget, then you can take out the SSD at no harm, but the power supply, if you want to do sli in the future, then probably leave it at 1000w. I have no idea honestly what sli for two 570's requires, 850w may even be enough.

The seagate 1tb would work with your system if you wanna keep down your budget. The SSD would just give you better boot times, game loading times, data transfer, etc. It's an upgrade worth looking into adding on in the future though.
