I'm having issues with this game, and not just the game control issues. (this is the steam version btw)
So I just got to download the game today, and it's VERY SLOW. It's ok at times, but then just stops for a few seconds and 50% of the time pauses and goes right back. The audio is buggy, it keeps looping each piece of audio for 2-3 seconds. What's weird is that I also have Undercover and it runs ok on high graphics, but Hot Pursuit is just not wanting to cooperate. Even though it lags, it doesn't lag my system up like Bluestacks did. here's the specs
