Need For Speed Most Wanted 2012.....loading screen stuck...

hello everyone......i downloaded NFS most wanted 2012...(not original...repack...torrentz).....
as soon as i started the game...the first intro video was over after that when the loading screen came....it stuck....though it was responding when i saw in task manager.....but it was loading ...for about 1 hour....but still nothing is happening...

my specs....
windows 8.1 64-bit
amd fx 6300
no GPU
please help!!

What mobo, guessing an older one with on board graphics, which are sufficient for the game

I have most wanted 2012, myne is downloaded direct from origin & I have no problems playing this with a Asus HD5450 botton of the range gpu.
I would blame your torrent download.
