Need for speed most wanted 2012

I have tried to play need for speed most wanted 2012 at high resolutiom but its lagging very bad. I also tried to set low graphics at 800×640 and its playing a bit smoothly tho sometime is skipping frames
So i dont know whether the problem is ram or the whole system doesn't support heavy games.
I have tried playing call of duty modern warfare 2,3,4 and they work fine, same to mafia 2 and metal gear they all work fine.
Please anyone with help, i will appreciate!!

Your problem is you're running on Intel integrated graphics with a slow ultra low voltage mobile CPU. Most of the games you listed are a lot less demanding than Need for Speed Most Wanted 2012. Most Call of Duty games up until the last couple will run on a potato these days, and Mafia 2 isn't all that graphically demanding either. If by Metal Gear, you mean Metal Gear Rising Revengeance, that is also not very graphically intense either.

Best you can do is maybe try updating your graphics driver and see if that improves DirectX 10 performance for you, the rest of your games on the list are DirectX 9 titles unless by Metal Gear you mean Metal Gear Solid V.
