Need for speed most wanted lagging!!!!!!!!!

Hi i have amd a8-4500m,4gb ram,Radeon 7640g+7670m,Windows 8.1.When i play need for speed most wanted 2012 it starts to lag my graphic settings are
1366x768 and graphics medium to high but my rig can play it on high right so any fix and i have lock to 30=true

That's a minimum spec pc you got. Try lower game settings.
