Which is better, i don't care so much about multiplayer but i care about graphics, gameplay...(singleplayer contents) so which has better graphics/gameplay?

GRID is more focused on gameplay, and NfS is more focused on graphics. I always liked GRID more

GRID based on professional racing carrier more car customization,lower graphics and on the other side NFS rivals based on street racing more graphics more fun but car aren't much customizable.
Acc. to ur preference I recommend u to choose NFS Rivals. U will enjoy playing it. Police, Rivals,diff. cars diff. feel so many tracks. It's visual effects are awesome. !!!!!! LOT of FUN !!!!!!
