I just read that asking for help guide and here is my update:
Purpose of rig: High end gaming
Budget: up to $1900
$120 for Ram specifically, unless its really worth it
Monitor Res: 1920X1080
Parts not required: keyboard & mouse, speakers, OS
Suggestions and answers will be greatly appreciated, as i am in urgent need of the answers since i plan on building this very soon.
Parts preferences: at least 6gb of ddr3 1600 Ram
Here is my system, suggestions needed. Underlined ones are more urgent.

AMD Phenom II x4 955 BE 3.2 GHz
Western Digital Caviar Black 1TB 7,200 RPM 32MB Cache SATA 3.0gb/s
Corsair CMPSU 750TX 750W ATX12V
EVGA Nvidia Geforce 295 GTX
ASUS M4A79T Deluxe AM3 DDR3
Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi Xtreme gamer
NZXT Tempest- not sure 'bout this
Enzotech Extreme Xrev 120mm cpu cooler
OCZ Gold 6GB (3 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Low Voltage Desktop Memory Model OCZ3G1600LV6GK
The main problems here are the Ram and Case. I've been hearing i won't be able to run the Ram above in my system at its full capacity b/c its 'specifically' for Intel systems. I would like to have at least 6gb of Ram for about the same price as the OCZ above.
Next is the case. I need great cooling and this case supposedly does just that. I also hear its very spacious inside for large cards like the 295 GTX, but i also hear some not so good things about it...
Now the motherboard. There are very very few AM3 DDR3 motherboards out there, and i need to be sure this is the best choice.
And now a side question: people can OC this chip to 4ghz. I don't know if its worth it b/c of the heat produced and im not even sure it makes a difference, as i've never OC'd before.
