I need one good aplication to clean my Windows OS.
Also something to see if I have any accounts set on my computer, because my laptop was on my cousine, etc...
I don't want to reset my Windows 10.

If I understand your concern correctly you need a 3rd party clean or virus/malware cleaner right?

- CCCleaner - deleting temp files
- Revo Uninstaller - a 3rd party uninstaller that completely remove all the left traces of a software you uninstalled.
