Need Gaming Monitor, Xbox 1X, and HDR Advice

So I am looking for a 4k gaming monitor that works best with the Xbox One X.

In my research I learned that both the X1X and the PS4 Pro are moving towards HDR (10).

But I noticed that all the HDR monitors are $1,000+. My budget is $400-$600.

My question is should I wait for HDR monitors to get cheaper and if so will it get cheaper this year or do you think it will take a while for HDR monitors to become competitively priced and buy one now?

dont think buying gaming monitor worth it for console, better get big screen tv. hdr were still relatively new currently, so there is some chance that hdr stuff would be cheaper in the future, but we dont know when right?
