Need Gaming PC with affordable Configurations..

I want to build gaming pc using core i7 4790K.

Tell me please can i use gtx 1050ti with this processor if yes then which motherboard,
my choice is maximus hero 7 or hero 8.

Of those two only the Maximus Hero 7 (VII) supports that cpu. Also get a decent cooler on that cpu
Yes that gpu will work fine with it. Why not get a 4690K with a better gpu for more equal system?
Make sure you use a good quality psu as well!

4790k is better than 4690k and I can go for maximum $200 for GPU if there is any other better than 1050ti in this price please tell me.

for psu's something like the Seasonic S12II series or the new Corsair black/white CXM series looking at a not too high budget.If you want to spend more are there of course better options,look at the next list in tiers 1+2 then,

it's a somewhat older list but the units in those tiers will do good.Tier 3 will do fine as well if the other tiers aren't for your budget.
