Need good security 100$

i just finished building my new computer and i only have avg 2012. I could spent 100 dollars on security things i need a virus protection, malware, internet security and maybe tuneup software. What are the best products to keep my computer safe from any problems. I have seen that Bitdefender is good and cheap but do you guys think there nay thing better?
