Need GPU advice for Dota 2

Is GTX 750 ti enough for what i want to achieve?
~ Planning for MSI Twin Frozr GTX 750 ti.

Budget = $200 (enough 2 buy the Msi 750 ti here in PH)

What I want to achieve:
~ Run Dota 2 at maximum settings
~ Above 60 fps at any game scenario

My current build:
~ CPU = i3 3220
~ HDD = 500gb Sata
~ RAM = 2x4gb ddr3 1600
~ PSU = Antec VP550P V2
~ MOBO = MSI H61M-P31/W8
~ Screen = 22 inch 1680x1050

I prefer the 750 ti coz its Power Efficient and this PC also
works as a Server that operates more than 15 hours a day.

sorry but that costs a lot here in our place. I'm from Philippines and that card costs rougly about $320.
Im also looking for card which is power efficient and just enough for my needs. No overkill since im on a tight budget.

not sure about r9 270 but we have here r9 270x which is $216. I know r9 270 or 270x can do the job but what i want to know if the gtx 750 or the 750 ti can do the job too. Im prioritizing power efficient cards since this is for my server too.

The 760 would be better than a 270x. So a 270 is probably a 750.

So if you have money go with Nvidia 760, but if not then 270x.

thank you for your suggestions. 760 is almost same priced as r9 280x here. Its also an overkill. I still need some advices from others. Hope they drop by and check what the 750ti can do to my current build and what i want to achieve

i want to know how much fps can the gtx 750 ti give me on playing dota 2 based on my current build.
Particularly, the MSI Twin Frozr GTX 750 ti/OC since im on a tight budget.
Cant go much for 760. Its more like $300 here.
