I am running Ubuntu Server 14.04 x64 with XFCE desktop environment. I want to be able to use two monitors for work, and have an HDTV connected for movies simultaneously. Current PC specs are:

AMD FX-8320
12GB RAM
Gigabyte GeForce 210 1GB Video Card
ASRock 970 Extreme3 R2.0 motherboard
500W PSU

Any suggestions? I don't know current graphics cards very well so I keep running into ones that are way out of my price range. Preferably something that will work with stock drivers. Was thinking about just sticking a second 210 in but maybe there is something better for a little extra money? I might be able to hit up a MicroCenter store in the next few days too, so its a good opportunity to grab something. Just dont know what...

Budget too high? Are there no cards in between $30 and $100 that can use three monitors? My 210 was $30. If thats the case, I will just get a second one.

Why should this be the minimum? I'm only playing movies on a three screen setup. Thanks!

Edit: Same question to you patrichpachich.

Also, I found the GT 720 listed on the Geforce website, for $50 it sounds like it might work. Any thoughts? Thanks!

Ok, I wasn't sure how to interpret that part, thanks.

I currently have a 1680x1050 monitor as my main, and a 1440x900 as my secondary, and I think my TV is only 720p. I'm not sure how you are supposed to add them up to see if it will cover it all. Also the monitors are both VGA, currently using a DVI adapter on one of them.

And I will price compare with similar GT 7xx models, good idea thanks.
