USAGE FROM MOST TO LEAST IMPORTANT: Gaming (BF3, Minecraft, ARMA 2, etc.)

CURRENT GPU AND POWER SUPPLY: NO GPU, 950w Corsair PSU

OTHER RELEVANT SYSTEM SPECS:
MOBO/CPU: Intel i7 3.3ghz (3.9ghz Turbo) Extreme Edition
6gb DDR3 RAM
120gb SSD
Windows 7 Pro

(Any brand, as long as it's good and reliable)

OVERCLOCKING: Maybe

MONITOR RESOLUTION: 1920 x 1080

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: Pretty new to computers so some of the stuff above may not make any sense! I prefer the GPU to be under $150 and run about 40-60 FPS on the games listed above! Any help is appreciated!

Well it's full HD resolution which is a good resolution.

With Hd 7850 you can play any games you want.you have good rig in which hd 7850 suits perfect.

That would most definitely be a bottleneck for an Extreme Edition i7 CPU. In fact, the 7850 is even still gonna be a bottleneck. You'll still get great performance with it but it'll be a bottleneck in games, you're CPU probably won't be doing much...
