Hi I'm looking at upgrading my 1050ti card, just wondering are they any good cards out their worth the current prices? Cheers

Solution
Depends what you have to spend, and what system you are plugging it into.

RTX3060 at retail, around $350-400 isn't terrible. 3060Ti at around $500 is edging up into 1440p territory. When you start looking at the big cards, might as well head straight to RTX3080 and up if you have cash.

RX6900XT are also competitively priced compared to Nvidia, at least in that price category.

As for scalper prices, no not worth it. Better off looking at used RTX2070 and GTX1080/1070Ti

My short list, particularly with high power potential CPUs like Intel under boost.

550W for RX6600
650W for RTX3060/3060Ti/6600XT
750W for RTX3070/3070Ti/3080/6700XT/6700
850W for RTX3080Ti/3090/6900XT/6800

Those are all minimums. Best to go 100 over. (Don't look at me, not planning on overclocking my GPU, and it is water cooled)

Check here for PSU recommendations:

Thank you , what would you recommend say 1000w ?

Wattage isn't as big of an issue, as the quality is.

For instance, this PSU is far better than what you have now.
