need graphic card suggestion

my pc have
core i5 2.9 ghz processor
4 gb ram
1 tb hard disk
and a xfx radeon hd 5450 graphic card.........
i want to change my graphic card should i purchase that can run.....
watch dogs smoothly.....
low budget problem....
i can take a graphic card for rupees 7000

The gfx card can be the most power demanding component in the entire system. If your PSU is too small or too cheap, or both, it won't be able to run the card. Or if it does manage to run the card, it may overload and fry. You need first to determine the rating of the PSU. It will be found on the nameplate attached to the PSU. Take off the side panel of the PC. If your PSU is top mounted. chances are the nameplate will be facing the other way.
