Need graphics card suggestions

My wife's little brother has a great computer but he has a GTX 520 and i would like to get him a new graphics card from Nvidia, was wondering what a good / semi cheap card would be?

His main uses are for league of legends, world of warcraft and skype / call of duty

But there's the 7750 amd, the budget card for any psu.
If you prefer nvidia there's the 650 or 650 ti.

Sorry, trying to get his info, i am deployed right now so time difference and stuff, he is sleeping haha. budget is 250

Okay so with a 250 dollar budget you can do a bit more however its hard to tell what power supply your wife's brother has. So I would suggest maybe finding out the model number of the computer so we can look at it a little more closely but if you were to upgrade the power supply that would be probably something like this which at the moment is 69 dollars. So that leaves 181 dollars on a card. Now if by some facet of the imagination this company that built his computer didn't put a dumpster diving power supply in his machine you could look into cards like the 660Ti or 7950 if you can find one on the cheap.
