Need graphics card under INR 7000 for my new i5 4440

Hello friends,
I just upgraded my PC as follows:
CPU - Intel i5 4440
Motherboard - ASUS H81M-C
RAM - DDR3 8GB (4x2)

I still did not changed my old graphics card which is
ATI Radeaon HD 4350 1GB DDR2

Can you please suggest me a new graphics card under 7k (~$120) which is far better than my previous one and should play all the latest games specially GTA 5 (I'm a big fan of GTA) at higher resolution without any lags.

GTA 5? at 1080p the bench marks show that it takes at least 2 970's to max it out on ultra. With a $120 you may only be able to play it on medium or low.

The only GPU's I can see under 7000 INR are well below the minimum req for GTA V, unless you are in the market for second hand GPU's. I can only see R7 250 at under 7000 INR

Save up for 260X/750ti, more than twice better than anything at this price range.
