Question Need guidance via discord (can videocall) or something, 2400hz ram should be 3200 etc, no Smart memory (new to pcs)

So as title says, Friend of mine changed every single part of my computer to another (everything), but he forgot to enable xmp and other things like amd memory access thingy so im just lf help here if someone can help me with it ( i can make videocall on discord etc and just tell me click)

6700 non xt
2400mhz ddr4 should be 3200

Also system doesnt startup with 3200 / 3600 mhz profile getting autobios

Also games running lower frequency than they should without vsync
