Question Need Guide.

its now 9th gen of intel and still am stuck on 4th gen.
and don't know what should i do now because i want to upgrade my system but also budget issue,
My system spec
cpu: i3 4160 4th gen
mobo: Gigabyte H81m-s2pv
ram: 4x2 8gm 1600mhz
gpu: Galax GTX1650 Super
Storage: transcend 230s 128gb,WD 1TB 7200 rpm

need suggestion sometimes i am thinking about go for i5 4590 and 8x2 16gb ram i can do it now.
and again i was thinking about go for new ryzen build.
but if i go for new rynez build it will took 4/5 month atleast for proper build coz budget issue.

am really confused what should i do.
