Need help 1500$ gaming desktop

This is going to be my first time building a computer and I m looking for advices.
My Budget is about 1300$-1500$
I want to use it to game, watch movies and do some basic work.

Here's what I want with it:
a intel cpu
a 24" 1920*1080 monitor with HDMI ports
can fluently run most of the major games on high quality
not to noisy

Hopefully there is somebody willing to help me here ^^

Hey bro, this link has what you need. Check the $850 build. i5-2500k with a great GPU. The monitor is personal preferences, just find one you think is best.
