Need Help, 1500 system

These are the parts I am buying for a new system. I am a first time builder so I need some advice.

Are these parts going to work together? Also are they going to work together well.

Intel Core i7 3770 processor 3.4 4 LGA 1155 BX80637I73770 Ivy bridge

EVGA GeForce GTX670 FTW 2048MB GDDR5 256bit, Dual Dual-Link DVI, HDMI, DisplayPort,- requires 550w power supply

ASROCK|Z77 EXTREME4 Z77 1155 R motherboard
- Will this work well with my other parts?

SSD 128G|CRUCIAL CT128M4SSD2CCA

Corsair Vengeance Blue 16 GB DDR3 SDRAM Dual Channel Memory Kit
- Will this work well with the motherboard? and the CPU?

Corsair HX Professional Series 750-Watt 80 Plus Certified Power Supply Compatible with Core i7 and Core i5
- This is my biggest issue. Will this power supply be able to work with my system. Will it be sufficient with a video card that requires a 550 w power supply?

sony vegas. My biggest concern is the power supply and will it be sufficient for this video card/ other parts.

That PSU actually has enough horsepower to run 2 GTX 670s, so it is overkill for one 670. Get an XFX 550W for $75 on newegg. Also, 550W is not the requirement; it is recommended, but youre right in your thinking.
