My advice on your budget would be to wait for the new GTX 1060 GPUs to drop which will be out sometime in the next couple of weeks before building this rig. I would do something like this:

This is probably the best you can get for the price. Keep in mind that you can't install an optical drive on the S340 case.

Here's my suggestion. I think you should wait for the 480 to come back in stock. You'll have a better chance finding it faster than the 1060 because the 480 already came out.
