For the Intel:
550 MB/s (Random Read 100% Span 75000 IOPS).
270 MB/s (Random Write 100% Span 7500 IOPS).

For the Samsung:
540 MB/sec Sequential Read .
520 MB/sec Sequential Write.


Go to the manufacturers sites, or other independent tests, for real results.

Whats the difference between random and sequential?

Sequential is one big block of data.
Random is pieces of random data scattered all over the drive.

Yes, it makes a HUGE difference.
