Increasing temperature and power limits will shorten the life of your GPU, but not by much, you'll probably have upgraded before they die.

Based on your picture I don’t see anything extreme that would impact your GPU, however I think you should look up your GPU on the manufacturers website, look at the specs and decide for yourself.
