Question Need help about PC crashing

Hey guys, i have a problem that is annoying me from 5 to 6 days that whenever iam using my pc just normally it suddenly frozzes out of nowhere and then the lights on my keyboard and mouse gets turned off and then the moniter just continues to show the image it was on response at all, and sometimes i even get blue screen of death can anyone please help me

ram- 2gb ddr2
gpu- nvdia gt 730
OS- windows 7 32bit

sorry i don't know what model of my PSU is but its and indian brand named zebronics and its 400watt
