Need help about PSU for 7970

I've got an upgrade from 5870 to 7970, but my psu wasnt enough for this beast.I have tried an fortron aurum 500s it worked,but it was too loud.I have ordered for Thermaltake SE smar 530w modular psu with 140mm fan.The question is will this power the xfx 7970DD+fx-6100-4,0/4,3ghz+ 3-3,5HDD and x2 cpu fans and 3 case fans?And is it good, because i didnt find any reviews on it?
