Need help about shutdown problem on Optimus Laptop + Win10

Hello Fellas
I have a issue on my laptop

The model is
Gigabyte P35g V2
and spec is
4710HQ, 8GB RAM, GTX 860M, SSD + Windows 10
The all driver versions are latest except Intel MEI

My problem is the laptop does not shutdown completely.

If I press shutdown icon or Power button, display turned off but LED and cooler is not.

I read this post but not works well

I found few facts,
1. Intel MEI is not problem
2. BIOS restore is not helpful
3. I made sure turned off hibernate mode and fast start option
4. Format is not helpful because I formated several times and the symptom is always showed up

5. "BUT If I turn off my external graphic card(GTX860M) from BIOS, it completely shutdown."

Please help this problem if you got a answer or feel free to ask me bout more info what I didn't post it.

Self answer :
I changed power option high performence to balanced.
It works fine.
I don't know why gonna good status.
