Question Need help after CMOS battery change.

After change new cmos battery .. again show bios has been reset please decide how to continue...what happen... how is this solution?

Make and model of your motherboard? You're going to either have to input the options in BIOS and then Save & Exit or you're going to have to go with Default settings. Depending on the board's manufacturer, restore default settings could be F2.
