need help again if possable

my computer is saying it is only using 43% is that normal i have 8 gig installed in the computer its self can any one help please

Yes it's normal 8 gigs is a lot of ram!!!!!!!!The system uses what it needs.Not using it all in this case is good, plenty to spare.
